Our stay there was very positive. Had a standard queen room, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was quick, the check in was very quick.

The hotel is advertised as spa hotel however for all services you need to pay additional. You could use the hot tub and swimming pool for free if you ask (the staff did not offer usage), however they looked very unhygenic, so we did not even dare to touch the water. Definetely not worth the money.

I liked the sleek style of our room, the quilt with the duvet, the room size, but especially the cleanliness of the bathroom. Congratulations on this difficult achievement...no gunk collecting in corners or along the baseboard.

I had a very comfortable stay at Nichols Village. The front desk provided excellent service and the check-in process was quick. Although the room was a bit dated, it was clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location near the highway made it convenient for our travel plans. The peaceful atmosphere, despite being close to the highway, was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

I had well-appointed room with comfortable beds. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the poolside bar. Absolutely perfect location right by Falls, Pa, I felt safe. It also was in the "Presidential " area for which there was an extra charge.
